In late  2017, AMP Capital undertook a critical services upgrade program at Angel Place (123 Pitt Street) in Sydney’s central business district (CBD). This included an end-of-life chiller replacement and controls to maintain essential building services that tenants rely on, like base building air conditioning, well into the future.

Nutbrook Group was appointed to act as client representative for the chiller upgrade project, and provided design peer review and project engineering services to support the removal and installation of the chillers and associated control works.

Nutbrook Group’s fastidious approach to design review and project management has meant AMP Capital can enjoy dramatically improved energy efficiency and reduced maintenance requirements at Angel Place.

The project was successfully completed well below budget and on time.
